### How often are new essays published?

Fortnightly. Five essays are published, dated between 29 July 2026 and 26 August 2026, and each runs five to seven minutes. There is no content calendar filling itself: if there is no mechanism to explain, nothing goes out. Each essay carries one structural argument rather than a list, a news reaction or a summary of somebody else's book.

### What is the difference between the essays and the newsletter?

The essays are fortnightly, five to seven minutes each, and take one mechanism apart in full. The newsletter, The Inevitable, is weekly, roughly 700 words, sent Tuesdays at 07:00 IST, and carries one mechanism plus one instrument you can run. The essays are the long form of the same voice.

### How are the essays organised?

By altitude, matching the five altitudes of the Elango Stack: Portfolio, Architecture, Compounding, Truth and Entry. Each essay links to the book it comes from and, where one exists, to the free instrument that runs the same argument on your own organisation. The index can be filtered by altitude.

### Are figures in the essays verified?

Every figure carries an A, B or C grade and an as-at date, rendered inline. For example, the CoirGarden result cited in the entry essay is graded [B], pending sight of the underlying sales record. Figures that cannot be graded are removed rather than softened, and every change is logged in the Evidence Log.
