Speaking

# Frameworks, not a stage show.

Five talks, one per altitude. Each one ends with the room holding an instrument rather than a feeling.

In short
Updated 2026-08-26

M. K. Elango gives five talks, one per altitude of the Elango Stack, from conference keynotes to closed board sessions. Each runs one instrument live against the audience's own organisation and ends with a written one-page summary. Fee bands are published, and student, MSME and Tamil Nadu government convenings carry no fee.

The talks

## Five talks, one per altitude.

They are not interchangeable. Booking the wrong altitude for your audience is the most common way one of these lands flat, so the brief conversation before a date is not a formality.

01

Make the impossible inevitable

The three layers, the ladder derived backwards, and why ambition is a structure problem rather than a courage problem. The opening keynote.

45–60 min Mixed audience · conferences · family business forums Milk, Mountain, Moonshot

02

Your company isn’t slow because your people are slow

The twelve architectural traits, scored live against the room, with the decision-velocity measurement most organisations have never taken.

45 min + live scoring CXO forums · leadership offsites · PSU leadership The Accelerated Organization

03

Own the road. Rent the car.

Why the four AI stages are a powertrain rather than a menu, and why governance is the unlock rather than the brake.

40–60 min Technology summits · institutional and government audiences The AI Flywheel

04

The quarterly ritual is a choice

Five OKR failure modes, one gap, and the mission object that closes it. Includes the three questions, asked live.

40 min Founder communities · planning and strategy functions goal1

05

The blank page is a tax

Copy, Customize, Innovate — with a live tear-down of a model the room picks. Available in Tamil.

45–90 min MSME associations · student audiences · innovation teams Copy, Customize, Innovate

What a room gets

## An instrument, not an anecdote.

A framework diagram the audience can photograph and use on Monday

One instrument run live, in the room, against their own organisation

Every figure on every slide carrying a grade and an as-at date

A written one-page summary circulated to attendees afterwards

Tamil delivery where the audience is Tamil-first — not a translation, a bilingual session

Three things I will not do

## Stated plainly, before you ask.

01

No fee-per-outcome claims

I will not stand on a stage and tell a room what percentage improvement they will get. The books publish ranges with grades; a stage is not the place to lose that discipline.

02

No product pitch from the platform

The talk is the talk. If a programme is relevant it is in the written summary, not in the last four minutes of the keynote.

03

No motivational register

No fists, no crowd shots, no “decide right now.” Wrong category, wrong margin, and it would make the rest of this website dishonest.

Formats and fees

## Published bands, as everywhere else.

Travel and accommodation at cost, booked by the host. Fees are waived entirely for student audiences, MSME associations and government convenings in Tamil Nadu — that is not a discount, it is the base being served.

| Format | Shape | Audience | Fee band |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Conference keynote | 45–60 minutes, one altitude, live instrument | 200 – 3,000 | ₹8L – ₹25L |
| Leadership offsite | Half-day, scored live, written summary | 10 – 80 | ₹12L – ₹35L |
| Board session | 90 minutes, closed, Chatham House rule | 6 – 15 | ₹10L – ₹20L |
| Institutional / government | By convening. Flywheel and CORE material | Varies | By arrangement |
| Student & MSME (Tamil Nadu) | Half-day, Tamil + English | 200 – 500 | No fee |

Bands as at 26 August 2026. A band is not a negotiating position — it is the range, and where a session sits inside it depends on preparation and travel, not on the size of the host.

FAQ

## Questions about M. K. Elango Speaking

Answered plainly, with the real figures. If something here is wrong, [tell us and it goes in the log](https://mkelango.com/evidence/).

### How much does it cost to book M. K. Elango as a speaker?

Fee bands are published. A conference keynote of 45 to 60 minutes for 200 to 3,000 people is ₹8L to ₹25L. A half-day leadership offsite for 10 to 80 people is ₹12L to ₹35L. A closed 90-minute board session for 6 to 15 people is ₹10L to ₹20L. Travel and accommodation are at cost, booked by the host.

### Are there audiences that pay no fee?

Yes. Student audiences, MSME associations and government convenings in Tamil Nadu carry no fee. Those sessions run as half-day formats for 200 to 500 people in Tamil and English. That is not a discount; it is the base being served. Institutional and government convenings outside that group are priced by arrangement.

### Does M. K. Elango speak in Tamil?

Yes, where the audience is Tamil-first. It is a bilingual session rather than a translation, and the Copy, Customize, Innovate talk is available in Tamil with a live tear-down of a model the room picks. Tamil delivery is standard for MSME associations and student audiences in Tamil Nadu.

### What will he not do on a stage?

Three things, stated plainly. No fee-per-outcome claims: no percentage improvement is promised from a stage. No product pitch from the platform: if a programme is relevant it appears in the written summary, not in the last four minutes. And no motivational register: no fists, no crowd shots, no decide-right-now.

### Which of the five talks should we book?

There are five talks, one per altitude, and they are not interchangeable. Booking the wrong altitude for the audience is the most common way a session lands flat, so the brief conversation before a date is not a formality. Tell the host contact the audience, the altitude, and what the room should leave holding.
