I was reading NVIDIA's 2024 investor presentation — not looking for a book — and the phrase that stopped me was parallel processing. AI had not just outpaced Moore's Law; it had changed the shape of the curve. So I asked the obvious question nobody was asking: if we know exactly which architectural properties let a machine improve a million-fold in a decade, why are we not building organisations with the same properties?

The book supplies the twelve traits, the five maturity levels and the argument for architecture over exhortation. The programme runs it on one organisation at a time over 90 days, then a 12-month track: full assessment, industry benchmark, three traits chosen by score, a parallel-processing pilot in production, decision-velocity measurement, and a re-score at day 90.
