Who it is for

For a founder or principal building something that will take twenty years, who needs one person who will say when the ladder is wrong.

Who it is not for

This is not for someone who wants an accountability partner or a sounding board. There are better and cheaper people for that, and I will name three of them.

What it actually is

No curriculum. That is the definition of the tier.

There is no curriculum. That is the definition of the tier — a Program has a syllabus, and this does not. You bring the agenda; it is your year, not mine.

What is fixed is the shape. A monthly working session, long enough to actually get somewhere. A quarterly on-site, at your operation, with your people, because there are things you cannot see over a video call. And a direct line in between, used at your discretion, which in practice means four or five times a quarter and occasionally at eleven at night before a board meeting.

What you are buying is not access to advice. Advice is in the books and they cost six hundred rupees. What you are buying is someone who has the whole structure in their head, has been inside your numbers for a year, and has no incentive to tell you the ladder is fine when it is not.

Apply

Four things, honestly stated.

There is no application fee and no discovery call script. These four answers tell me whether this is the right tier — and if it is not, I will say which one is, including when the answer is “none of them yet”.

01

What the objective is, in one sentence.

02

What you currently hold — the honest inventory, not the website version.

03

What you have already tried that did not work.

04

Who else advises you, and on what.

Every application is read and answered, including the declines.
FAQ

Questions about The Founder's Table

Answered plainly, with the real figures. If something here is wrong, tell us and it goes in the log.

₹60L to ₹1cr+ per year on an annual retainer, banded by on-site frequency and whether a board seat is included. The term is twelve months, renewable, and the tier is application only. There is no application fee and no discovery-call script. Bands are published as at 26 August 2026.

Six clients, ever — a ceiling by design rather than a launch offer. As at 26 August 2026, two seats are open for 2027. When the tier is full the page says full, and there is no reserve capacity that appears for a large enough number.

A monthly working session of three hours on the client's agenda, prepared on both sides. A quarterly on-site day at the operation, including sessions with the client's team without the client in the room. A direct line in between, used at the client's discretion. And once a year, the whole portfolio scored against the objective, in writing, with an as-at date on it.

Anyone who wants an accountability partner or a sounding board — Elango will name three better and cheaper people for that. There is no curriculum in this tier, so it suits a founder or principal building something on a twenty-year horizon who needs one person willing to say when the ladder is wrong.
