The Inevitable Summit
Two days, one track, six hundred people who each control a real decision. The whole stack, taught in sequence, once a year.
Your own ladder, derived backwards, on one page — and the gating rung named.
Three tiers. The top tier adds a closed pre-Summit briefing on the evening of 10 February. Moonshot Day is a separate event on its own dates. Venue announced with registration. As at 26 August 2026.
2 days · single track · ~600 seats
The Summit is the only place the five altitudes are taught in sequence, in one room, in two days. It is a single track by design — there are no breakouts, because the argument does not decompose into breakouts. Everyone hears the same thing in the same order, which is the only way six hundred people leave with the same vocabulary.
Day one is Horizon and Organisation: the portfolio layers, the ladder derived backwards, the gating rung, and then the twelve architectural traits with a live scoring session. Day two is Engine, Instrument and Entry: the flywheel, the mission object, and the entry method — closing with the Coherence Matrix run against your own group, in the room, on paper.
There is no keynote reel, no band, and no fists in the air. You will be given instruments and made to use them.
Published in advance.
You should be able to decide whether a day is worth your time from the agenda rather than from the promise.
The three layers
Milk, Mountain, Moonshot — and why the selection logic runs backwards.
Deriving your ladder
Worked live, from your objective. Bring the objective.
The twelve traits
The AQ instrument, scored in the room against published benchmarks.
The gating rung
The one rung that makes the rest reachable. Named, funded, dated.
The powertrain
Four stages, DRIVE and CORE. Why governance is the unlock.
Read, never typed
Converting one objective into a mission, with the measure grounded.
Entry in ninety days
The CCi method for the market you are about to enter.
The Coherence Matrix
Your own group, scored, on paper, before you leave the room.
Your own ladder, derived backwards, on one page — and the gating rung named.
Every event page on this site carries the same five things: a date, a city, a price, a seat count, and this line. If any of them is missing, the event is not ready to be sold.

11–12 February 2027 in Chennai, on IST. The venue is announced with registration, which opens in November 2026. The Summit runs annually and is the only occasion on which all five altitudes are taught in sequence, in one room, over two days. There are no breakouts — it is a single track by design.
₹45,000 to ₹1,85,000 across three tiers, with the top tier carrying the closed-room additions listed on the Summit page. Payment is taken after the seat is confirmed, never before. Prices are stated as at 26 August 2026, and registration for the February 2027 Summit opens in November 2026.
About 600, and all 600 are currently open because registration does not open until November 2026. The number is deliberately large and the format deliberately single-track: six hundred people who each control a real decision, hearing the same argument in the same order, so that they leave with the same vocabulary.
Founders, family business principals and CXOs — people who each control a real decision rather than carry a recommendation upward. The two days assume you arrive with a live objective, and you are asked to bring it, because your ladder is derived from it live on day one at 11:30.
Your own ladder, derived backwards, on one page, with the gating rung named. Day one covers the three portfolio layers, the ladder, the twelve architectural traits scored in the room against published benchmarks, and the gating rung. Day two covers the powertrain, the mission object, the CCi entry method, and the Coherence Matrix run against your own group on paper.
