Published corrections, tagged and dated.
Nobody else in this category does this, which is exactly why it is here. Every figure published anywhere under my name carries a grade and an as-at date, and every change to one is recorded below.
Every figure on this site carries a grade and a date. Hover it.

Book six is now The Constitution Engine, not The Constitution Company
The sixth book was published on this site as *The Constitution Company* from launch until 27 August 2026. It has been retitled. The old name described what a company **is**; every other book in the stack names a mechanism a reader can run. The framework it carries — three Locks, three Loops, and the Cost Curve of Commitment — did not exist under the old title, which is the clearest evidence that the title was the problem. The former URL redirects and is marked noindex rather than being deleted.
Valuation figures for the Constitution Engine subject are now traceable
A previous entry on this page recorded that headline valuation figures were not traceable to a primary filing and were [B] at best. Two are now [A]: a $965B post-money valuation on a round closed 28 May 2026, and a confidential IPO filing on 1 June 2026, both company-announced and reported by multiple tier-one outlets. The run-rate figures remain [A/B] — company-disclosed, annualised, and not audited, because the company publishes no audited statements. The $2 trillion figure remains [C]: it is a forecast, and it will not appear in the book or on this site as anything else.
The A/B/C standard applies to this website, not only to the books
Every figure published on mkelango.com now carries a grade and an as-at date, rendered inline and hoverable. Figures that cannot be graded are removed rather than softened. This entry exists so the standard has a start date.
Author biography in the Copy, Customize, Innovate manuscript
The "About the Author" page in the CCi manuscript states credentials that do not reconcile with the StartNet and Tamil Nadu record elsewhere in the same project. Pending verification, none of it appears on this site and the affected paragraph is withheld from the book. A book that opens by dismantling a smoothed biography cannot carry one.
CoirGarden — ₹8 crore in online sales in under two years
Previously repeated as a flat claim. Regraded [B] pending sight of the underlying sales record. It remains the origin case for the CCi framework and it is published here with the grade attached rather than removed.
Valuation figures in the forthcoming Constitution Engine
Headline valuation figures circulating in secondary reporting are not traceable to a primary filing. Under this standard they are [B] at best. Directional language is used in the manuscript until a dated primary source or two tier-one outlets can be cited.
The AQ Score industry mean of 27
The benchmark shown against your AQ result is a composite of published organisational maturity assessments across mid-to-large enterprises. It is a [B]: the constituent studies are public, the compositing is ours and has not been externally reviewed. It will be restated when the first hundred graded assessments are complete.
Ventures deliver some programme work
Flywheel installations are delivered by StartNet and goal1 instrumentation by elan1. Both are founded by M. K. Elango. The disclosure appears on each affected programme page above the pricing band, not in a footnote.
Entries are added, never removed
A correction that can quietly disappear is not a correction. If a figure is later verified, that is a new entry, not an edit to the old one.
A figure that cannot be graded is not published
It is not softened into a range or hedged with “approximately”. It is removed, and where it mattered, its removal is logged.
The standard applies to me first
Milk, Mountain, Moonshot builds its entire authority on catching repeated-until-true numbers. The one person whose figures must survive that standard is the author.
Corrections from readers are welcome and credited
If you can show a figure here is wrong, it gets an entry with your name on it unless you ask otherwise.
Questions about The Evidence Log
Answered plainly, with the real figures. If something here is wrong, tell us and it goes in the log.
[A] Verified: traced to a primary source, a filing, an audited statement, a contract or a dataset held by us, with the source named. [B] Claimed: reported by a credible party, including by us, but not independently traceable to a primary document. [C] Estimate: modelled, sampled or directionally derived, with the method stated. Treat it as a shape, not a number.
It is not published. It is not softened into a range or hedged with approximately: it is removed, and where it mattered, its removal is logged. Entries are added and never removed, so if a figure is later verified that becomes a new entry rather than an edit to the old one.
Yes. The correction form asks for the figure, where you saw it, what is wrong and your source. Corrections are answered within ten working days and logged either way. If you can show a figure here is wrong, it gets an entry with your name on it unless you ask otherwise.
Six entries as at 26 August 2026. The CoirGarden sales figure was regraded [B] pending sight of the underlying record. The AQ Score benchmark of 27 is published as a [B] composite. Valuation figures for the forthcoming Constitution Engine are withheld. An author biography paragraph is withheld pending verification.
Because the standard applies to the author first. Milk, Mountain, Moonshot builds its authority on catching repeated-until-true numbers, so the one person whose figures must survive that standard is the author. Nobody else in this category publishes one, which is exactly why it is here.

Here is everything, including what I got wrong.
